Delivery

Delivery in the UK is £25 for all but the very biggest carpets (exceeding Parcelforce's weight limits). In that case, delivery will be by us, or a courier and a separate rate is shown at checkout. 

Delivery of cushions is FREE in the UK.

We’ll be in touch once you’ve ordered to let you know when your rug has been dispatched. Usual delivery time is 4-6 days.

 We are keen to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible - we use recycled cardboard or plastic packaging rather than new branded boxes.
